. . . is a part of the Post 9*11 Series – Ready to Roll. The original artwork was done in colored pencil and it shows the gear of young firemen in training in Apex, NC. They have a great program for young people who want to train to become fire fighters. If the young participants study hard in school, attend training with the department and keep up their commitment to the department and the community, they are able to become Volunteer Firemen. They, like their parents and mentors, are Ready to Roll.
